Delivery Information
We take great care in preparing and packaging each order. Delivery costs are applied at checkout and are calculated based on your region. Our current shipping rates are as follows:
- UK Delivery: £3.99
- Ireland Delivery: €4.95
- US Delivery: £14.99 + £2 per additional item
Free delivery on all orders over £250, applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on location and seasonal demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, and tracking details where available.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within the specified returns window, provided it is:
- unused and in its original condition
- complete with all packaging and labels intact
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Please note that due to the handmade and often limited-edition nature of our products, certain items may be non-returnable or subject to special conditions. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
