This is a very sweet little pair of angel wings, finished off with a heart in the middle. Angel wings can be very personal, to some they might symbolise someone that has passed, and this could be a keepsake of that guardian angel. They can have different meanings and their importance is unique to each. They’re also a pretty festive home accessory at Christmas time, representing the Angel Gabriel in the nativity. But it doesn’t have to be religious or even spiritual, you can just fall in love with it cause it’s so dainty and you just want to have it. It’s perfect for gifting to someone special, perhaps someone that’s done something nice for you. Hang it from a wardrobe door or the corner of a photo frame. It’s a little treasure and it’s cute. I studied Art History and one of my favourite things were the frescos by Renaissance monk Francisco Angelico. My love of and fascination with his pastel coloured, feathered angels comes though in this piece. Like all our pieces, it twinkles like jewellery.
