When you place an order on this website, you are entitled, subject to the exceptions set out below, to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the purchase within 14 days of the date on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. Following notification of cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your cancellation notice. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original order confirmation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for ensuring that the correct postage is paid. You also bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods from the time they are delivered to you until they are received by us. We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit, and we strongly recommend retaining proof of postage. Ownership and risk in the goods will transfer back to us once the goods have been received.
Provided the conditions of this policy are met, we will refund the purchase price together with the delivery costs you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received by us or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The right of cancellation does not apply to personalised or engraved items, goods made to your specifications, or earrings.

The cost of returning goods under this section will be borne by you. Please allow up to 30 business days from receipt of the returned goods for processing. You remain responsible for the goods while they are in transit back to us, including the risk of loss or damage. We recommend retaining proof of postage. Ownership and risk in the goods will pass back to us once received.
Refunds or exchanges are only available for items purchased directly through this website. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers or physical stores.
If you believe that an item is defective, please contact us at info@katielarmour.com and return the goods together with the original order confirmation.
