Why our Products are the Perfect Lockdown Wedding Favours

Our little salvage Irish Linen hanging decorations are a great idea for wedding favours, especially over lockdown. They fit perfectly into a table setting whether part of the plate decoration or set to the side in amongst whatever gorgeous display arrangement there might be, but also, during these strange times were we are wither limited to small guest numbers or even none there is still a cute way to incorporate them into your wedding planning. On a personal note, when I had my own wedding over lockdown, I chose to send these out along with my many thank-you cards for generous gifts and well wishes from friends and family who could not attend, and they’re very well received! We have plenty of designs to choose from and I’d like to think something to cater for everybody but since we were bound to our hometown of Belfast for the wedding it made sense to use local themed ones to celebrate out the City we got married in. So for me it was little Harland and Wolff trinkets, Seahorses - the emblem of Belfast, and shells - my signature design and very first decoration created and therefore special to me. It’s such a lovely way to celebrate our maritime heritage. I had great great grandparents on both sides who worked in the shipyards and so it’s also a little nod to them. Even if your original plans have not gone ahead you can still make it magical, and for when we are lucky enough to have extended attendee numbers again, what a quirky way to send everyone home with a memento of the day.
