Katie Larmour Exhibits her Irish Linen Wares at New York Design Week 2016
Katie Larmour Linen was delighted to be selected by the BEDG (British European Design Group) along with 36 other ‘up and coming talents’ throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to exhibit with them at ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) as part of NYC Design Week in Spring 2016. ICFF is a luxury trade fair held in the iconic Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre, a gigantic glass and steel structure located directly on the Hudson River, bringing together a celebration of brands, designers and architects from all over the world. I exhibited a collection of contemporary patchwork cushions and a one-of-a-kind quilt, all in a neutral colour scheme of classic pristine white and the natural undyed tone. I would like to thank both the BEDG and the UK Trade and Investment for the opportunity and their support. After a very intense week we were thrilled that top interior designer Elizabeth Dow snapped up our entire sample collection on display and they headed off with her to her exquisite showroom and boutique in the Hamptons for a new life. Here’s to a wonderful new relationship.
