Our Signature Irish Linen Rose Cushion 2018

Studio shoot with Northern Ireland’s leading fashion photographer Khara Pringle in summer of 2018. Our signature sculpted Irish Linen ‘Rose Cushion’ is constructed from off-cuts and mill deadstock cloth, giving them an attractive element of sustainability, that equals the eco-friendly qualities of the linen. Our signature palette of natural oatmeal is the colour of the undyed flax plant itself. The are sewed and shaped by hand and the finish is a subtle raw edging with delicate frays. The concept was inspired by timeless couture fashion as well as the luscious floral landscape of County Down. It’s this that led us to create a set of photos based on fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier's striking pictures of Christy Turlington ‘My Fair Lady’ for a 1991’s Vogue, blurring the lines between fashion, art and interiors, which we had fun with.
